Reschedule Request
 If you need to reschedule your registration to a later slot, we can accommodate the request, provided we have at least 48 hours notice before your currently scheduled class starts. (ie. If your classroom session is scheduled to start on a Friday at 7pm, we'd have to receive the request prior to 7pm on the Wednesday before your classroom session).

There is a $25 fee applied on reschedule requests. Simply bring $25 cash to your 'new' classroom session, hand it to one of the instructors, and tell them that it's for a reschedule request. FYI - The instructors will not be able to issue a receipt, if a receipt is required, please obtain a money order, made payable to Darrell Young, and retain a copy for your records.

It is important to realize we need 48 hours notice to rescedule. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, there will be no refund of any monies, and the reschedule request will likely not be accepted (unless an exception is made by a director). In such cases, the student will forfeit any money paid for the course.

NO SHOWS: If a student fails to show up for any part of the training (any part of the classroom or any part of on-bike training), this will be considered a last minute cancellation; in which no monies will be refunded, and the student will not be scheduled into another class.

i.e. If a student fails to make the classroom session, they would not be permitted to complete the on-bike session, or if they are late to the point where the lessons have commenced and they miss any lesson what so ever, they would not be able to continue. In such cases, no monies are refunded, and the student forfeits any monies paid.

  • The course number (or on-bike riding date) of your current course,

  • The course number (or on-bike riding date) of your first three choices to be rescheduled to, in order of preference,

The course number will be in the format of STJ2009-99, and can be viewed at our e-commerce site at http://www.avalonmotorsports.ca/store/

Unless you hear back from us confirming that we have you rescheduled, do not assume the change to another slot has been made.
